Prior to Graduation Day

It is highly recomended that your pre-book your protrait session prior to your graduation event. You can pre-book here.

Your portrait session covers your time with our highly experienced photographer who will take a range of individual and group shots.  

On the Day

Reed Graduation Services staff will be available before and after the ceremony to assist you with your portrait session or purchasing memorabilia available for your graduation day. View memorabilia options and pre-book them online here.

Photography Studios are open 2.5 hours prior to your ceremony. It is highly recommended that you have your Studio Portrait Session before your ceremony to avoid lines and allow you to relax afterwards with your family and friends.  If your family and friends are unavailable before the ceremony, you are welcome to have your individual shots taken before the ceremony and return afterwards for family and friend shots at no extra charge.

Your photographer will carefully arrange your gown and take you through a range of poses. Sample testamurs will be available to hold and any additional props, such as flowers and bears, will be thoughtfully worked into your photos.

After the Event

Your images will be available to view and purchase online approximately 48 hours after the graduation ceremony. A range of print sizes and digital options are available.   

Reed Graduation Services provide the highest quality printed images, thoughtfully retouched and carefully packaged and delivered to your door or post office. Quality takes time but please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries.
