Our professional photographer will take a range of combined individual and family/group portrait shots.

You will be notified by email when your images are ready to view and purchase online.

Please note: the sitting fee does not include copies of the studio images or the copyright of the images. You will receive an email when the images are available to view and order.

The Portrait Session sitting fee covers your time with our professional photographer and does not include copies or the copyright of the Portrait Session images. The images can be purchased separately from 48 hours after your graduation ceremony.
No. Your Portrait Session fee covers the time and services of the photographer only. Photographs taken during the session are available to purchase online from 48 hours post-ceremony.
You will need to show the QR code for the Portrait Session booking (either printed or on your phone) to our photographer. That will ensure your photos are attached to your 'G' reference code.
Any guests may join you in the Portrait Session. Family and friends without guest tickets can also participate in the Portrait Session.
We endeavour to have the proofs online within 48 hours of your ceremony. You will need your reference code starting with ‘G’ to view the images through the “View/Order Portrait Images” button on our website. Once the proofs are available you can start ordering; however, it could be up to 3 business days later for purchased digital images to be available to download.
Yes, you can pay cash or EFTPOS for a Portrait Session on graduation day. Please see our staff at the Photography Services Desk.
